- Feedback and Support. If you provide us feedback or contact us for support, we may collect your name and email address, as well as any other information or content that you send.

Information Automatically Collected
When you access or use our Services, we and our third-party partners and service providers may automatically collect certain information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit, use, or navigate the Services using cookies, web beacons, and other data collecting and tracking technologies. We do not currently recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include “Do Not Track” instructions. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, for our internal analytics and reporting purposes, to help us understand how our users use the Services, and to target advertising messages to you. This includes:
- Log and Usage Data. We may log information when you access and use the Services. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP), mobile carrier name, clickstream behavior (such as referral/exit URLs, pages visited, links clicked, the requested URL), and search terms.
- Website interactions. We use technology to discover how you interact with our website. This may include which links you click on, or information that you type into our online forms. This may also include information about your device or browser.
- Location Data. We collect location data such as information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address).
- E-mail Interconnectivity. If you receive email from us, we may use tools to capture data related to when you open our message, click on any links, advertisements, or banners it contains.
Information from Third-Party Sources
In order to ensure data accuracy and offer a superior customer experience by providing you with better-personalized services, content, marketing, and ads, in some cases we link or combine the information that we collect from the different sources outlined above with the information we collect directly from you. For example, we may compare the geographic information acquired from commercial sources with the IP address to derive your general geographic area. Information we may collect from other sources includes:
- Business Partners. We may receive limited information about your activity on a Business Partner’s site or app, like your behavior on the Services; and other navigation data, such as websites visited, advertisements viewed or clicked on.
- Data Analytics. We use select third-party partners and companies that specialize in providing enterprise data, analytics, and software as a service, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand and analyze how you use the Services.
- Data Aggregators and Public Databases. We use commercially available data to learn more about our audiences.
- Publicly Observed Data. Gathered from activity on blogs, videos, and other public online postings.
- Other Users. When someone refers you for our Services, such as a newsletter.
We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided by third parties, or for third-party policies or practices. The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Notice, and your personal information will be handled according to the privacy policy of those companies, which may differ from our own policies and practices.
